Description

Develop and optimize middleware and computer vision algorithms for automotive embedded software.

Own the design and implementation of middleware using DDS and advanced C++ patterns. Implement computer vision algorithms and apply x86 optimizations using IPP and SSE. Manage build systems and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable software delivery. Apply automotive embedded standards, including AUTOSAR and vehicle bus systems. Lead and mentor early-career developers while managing individual workloads to meet project milestones.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in C++ design and development.
• Proficiency with Linux, Windows, and Python.
• Experience with middleware such as DDS.
• Knowledge of computer vision algorithms and concepts.
• Hands-on experience with x86 optimizations using IPP and SSE.
• Experience with automotive embedded software, bus systems, and AUTOSAR protocols.
• Competency with build systems like CMake and Bazel.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and setup.
• Knowledge of ROS, RViz, and Foxglove.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenCV, OpenCL, or OpenGL.
• Experience with automotive test methods involving simulation or re-processing.
• Knowledge of Typescript.
