Description

Develop and maintain C++ healthcare software with a focus on DICOM integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement DICOM functionalities, including image processing, communication protocols, and data storage.
• Troubleshoot and debug DICOM integration issues to ensure compatibility across systems and devices.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA, and healthcare professionals to define technical specifications.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain coding standards.
• Stay updated on DICOM standards to incorporate improvements into software solutions.

Required Skills

• 5 to 12 years of software development experience using C++.
• Deep understanding of DICOM standards, such as DICOM PS3.0.
• Hands-on experience with DICOM tools and libraries like DCMTK or GDCM.
• Proven ability to handle complex technical challenges related to DICOM integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience delivering high-quality code within Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Direct experience developing medical imaging software or healthcare applications.
