Description

You will develop, test, and maintain BGP routing software, delivering new features, bug fixes, and performance enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain core routing logic in C to ensure high reliability and efficiency.
• Implement and debug BGP protocol interactions, leveraging Python for automation and tooling.
• Analyze and resolve complex issues related to OSPF, ISIS, and MPLS protocols.
• Optimize existing code paths to improve routing table convergence and packet processing speed.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C programming for systems-level development.
• Deep, practical expertise in BGP protocol implementation and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of OSPF and ISIS interior gateway protocols.
• Experience with MPLS forwarding and signaling.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, testing, or auxiliary development tasks.
