Description

You will architect and build secure, mission-critical software capabilities using C++ and other languages, owning the full development lifecycle from domain-driven design to automated release pipelines.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and map software solutions to business contexts using domain-driven design and service-oriented architecture principles.
• Orchestrate CI/CD release workflows and pipelines using Jenkins, AWS, or Azure to achieve automated, standardized deployments.
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit, contract, and journey tests, leveraging behavior-driven development concepts.
• Integrate security scanning tools (Sonar, Checkmarx, JFrog XRay) and vulnerability management practices into the development workflow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to estimate requirements, prioritize business value, and manage builds and artifacts for error-free production releases.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience writing secure code in three or more languages, including C++, Java, JavaScript, C, or SQL.
• Deep familiarity with secure coding standards (OWASP, CWE, SEI CERT) and vulnerability management techniques.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, AWS/Azure pipelines, and XL Release.
• Proficiency in code quality and security scanning tools like SonarQube, Checkmarx, JFrog XRay, or Veracode.
• Experience managing builds and artifacts using tools like Artifactory, with knowledge of canary and blue-green deployment strategies.
• Strong understanding of the Test Pyramid concept and ability to author test code at unit, service, and integration levels.
• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, IT, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with software composition analysis and build automation configuration.
