Lead technical design and implementation for complex C++ systems. Own the release pipeline and drive high-quality software delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Apply Object-Oriented Analysis and Design methodologies to complex system requirements.
• Develop multi-threaded applications and implement proven design patterns.
• Drive technical decisions to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Share technical ideas and architectural insights with internal peers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in C++ programming and STL.
• Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design.
• Deep understanding of multi-threaded programming.
• Hands-on experience with COM/DCOM.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BOOST or equivalent template libraries.
• Proficiency in Tcl/Tk and Python.
• Professional fluency in German.
