Description

Develop and optimize C++ front office applications for trading systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, and optimize C++ applications based on technical specifications.
• Design, implement, and test technical solutions derived from business requirements.
• Collaborate with trading desks and technology teams to manage technical risks.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical support to stakeholders.
• Report project status and developments to senior management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of general software development experience.
• Minimum of two years of recent, hands-on experience with C++.
• Practical experience working with RDBMS databases.
• Understanding of distributed cache technologies, specifically Apache Ignite.
• Experience working on real-time or near real-time trading systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET or Java.
• Familiarity with AWS, Kafka, KDB/q, and Python.
• Proven experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) or risk management solutions.
