You will own server-side development, focusing on production system reliability, performance, and observability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards for system insights.
• Implement instrumentation and logging to enhance system observability.
• Design and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality.
• Drive logging and automation initiatives across the stack.
• Maintain and optimize the server-side stack.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficient coding in C++ or similar languages.
• Strong background in backend development.
• Experience with indexing and search engine technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud environments.
• Experience working with big data systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant field.
