Description

You will design, develop, and maintain software components for Windows environments using MFC and Win32 APIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance software components in MFC and Win32.
• Write unit tests and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality.
• Document technical designs and implementation details.
• Troubleshoot and resolve live software issues with Customer Care.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily scrums and sprint planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Windows environment.
• Strong expertise in MFC and Win32 API development.
• Proficiency in modern C++ standards (C++11 or higher).
• 3+ years of Python experience.
• Experience writing and consuming technical design documentation.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience debugging hardware-integrated and standalone software systems.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Cucumber, Behave, or Gherkin.
• Comfortable with networking concepts, including TCP/IP socket-level communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java or .NET.
• Understanding of PCI compliance and secure development practices.
• Experience building high-volume, high-availability solutions.
