Description

Lead technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise-wide systems, focusing on InterSystems MCache environments. You will debug production issues, manage support tasks via Agile methodology, and coordinate coverage across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across multiple enterprise systems.
• Debug programs to identify and fix software defects in InterSystems environments.
• Manage support tasks using Agile methodology and prioritize customer service requests.
• Coordinate support coverage across time zones, including on-call support for installations.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting enterprise-wide systems.
• 3 to 5 years of InterSystems Ensemble development experience.
• Proficiency in problem solving and production issue debugging.
• Experience with MS Windows, MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work shifted hours to ensure global support overlap.

Preferred Skills

• 7+ years of experience with InterSystems MCache, Object Script, CSP, and SQL development.
• 7+ years of healthcare development experience, specifically in Laboratory, Billing, or Financial domains.
• Experience with HP Service Manager ticketing systems and knowledge of Laboratory Orders to Cash process flows.
