Description

You will develop and maintain automation tools to streamline engineering workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate end-to-end SI/PI analysis flows using Python and command-based scripts.
• Develop plug-ins for the existing automation infrastructure framework.
• Test and validate CAD flows to ensure correlation with best known methods.
• Debug and resolve automation issues as they arise.
• Train and support end-users on the tools you develop.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of experience in CAD tool automation using Python.
• Strong programming skills in Python with a focus on backend development.
• Experience developing automation tools for other engineers to use.
• Proficiency with software version control using Git.
• Working knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Cadence, Ansys EM tools, HSPICE, or Keysight ADS.
• Basic knowledge of SI/PI theory, electromagnetics (EM), and EM solvers.
• Experience using Jira or Confluence for program management.
