Description

You will execute mechanical design tasks using Unigraphics-NX and Windchill, managing the product development lifecycle from concept to validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create 2D and 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings.
• Manage BOM creation and updates using Windchill.
• Design plastic parts, including casting, machining, and injection molded components.
• Execute stack-up analysis and manage design changes.
• Support the full product development lifecycle from concept and design freeze to sample making and validation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a CAD Designer or in a similar engineering role.
• Proficiency in Unigraphics-NX CAD software for 2D/3D modeling and drafting.
• Experience with Windchill for BOM management.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical design for automotive or mechanical products.
• Practical experience designing plastic parts, casting, machining, and injection parts.
• Working knowledge of GD&T, drawing reading, and stack-up analysis.
• Familiarity with FMEMA, DRBFM, FTA, and change management processes.
• Experience using SAP.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
