Description

You will produce detailed design drawings, plans, profiles, and sections for building and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Create initial models and sheet sets using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Coordinate civil CAD modeling with multidiscipline teams using Revit.
• Perform grading design, pipe network design, and stormwater calculations including drainage area maps and channel calcs.
• Size stormwater ponds and assist with 30%, 60%, and 90% model reviews for stakeholders.
• Develop custom CAD content and tools in collaboration with the BIM/CAD support team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of civil drafting experience for building and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Experience with grading design and pipe network design (Water, Sanitary, and Storm).
• Knowledge of stormwater management, including pond sizing and drainage area maps.
• Ability to determine efficient drafting and modeling methods to convey engineering designs.
• Capability to work independently on individual project contributions.
• Strong communication skills for working within diverse, multidiscipline teams.
