You will manage and update technical drawings and engineering documentation within an EDM system.
Responsibilities
Create and update AutoCAD drawings including P&IDs, facility flow diagrams, AEP drawings, and evacuation maps based on as-built data or change control redlines.
Review project Turn-Over-Package (TOP) CAD files for compliance with standards regarding titles, logos, xref mapping, and revision control.
Manage engineering electronic files and workflows within the Engineering Document Management System (EDMS).
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to communicate project needs and requirements.
Assist in assigning new drawing document numbers and preparing files for EDM system import.
Required Skills
3-5 years of experience using AutoCAD for building floor plans, AEP drawings, and flow diagrams.
Strong knowledge of drafting standards, layouts, xref file mapping, and attributes.
Experience working with A/E/P engineering documentation and basic GMP environments in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and standard office software applications.
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize project-related activities.
Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
Degree (Bachelors or AA) in Engineering, Science, or Drafting.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Revit, BlueCielo Meridian, or COMOs data management applications.
