Description

Create and maintain technical drawings and 3D models for mechanical assemblies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain parts and assemblies in AutoCAD and PTC Creo.
• Apply ASME Y14.100, Y14.5, and Y14.41 drawing practices to ensure manufacturability.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to implement design changes.
• Manage drawing revisions, release workflows, and configuration control using PLM systems like Teamcenter.
• Support change control processes and generate supplier documentation packages.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of CAD design/drawing experience in a mechanical or aerospace environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and PTC Creo for parts and assemblies.
• Experience applying ASME drawing practices and GD&T (Y14.5).
• Hands-on experience with PLM/EDM systems for revision control and release workflows.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tolerancing, and assembly interference.
• Experience with MBD, DFM, DFA, DFMEA, and PFMEA.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Catia, NX, or SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of Windchill PLM systems.
