Description

Produce technical prints and engineering drawings for gas and electric distribution systems, translating engineering concepts into accurate documentation using GTECH and MicroStation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering drawings to support conceptual designs developed by engineers.
• Produce gas and electric prints using GTECH and MicroStation.
• Develop technical documentation based on engineering specifications.
• Support mapping and document services staff within a utility environment.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in CAD design or related design software.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MicroStation.
• Direct knowledge of gas or electric distribution systems.
• Experience preparing engineering drawings at a power facility or comparable utility facility.
• Working knowledge of GTECH.
• Ability to translate engineering concepts into accurate technical drawings.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in utility mapping and document services.
