Description

Manage CAD system integration with NextGen 911 Call Handling systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage integration of CAD systems with NextGen 911 Call Handling.
• Direct configuration of equipment and sub-systems into PSAC environments for NG911 implementation.
• Participate in integration and testing of NextGen911 Call Handling with NYPD Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems.
• Identify system-level use cases and test cases for interface validation.
• Assist SDE teams, project leads, and subcontractors in setting up and testing interfaces in the SDE.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a CAD Integration Engineer.
• Expertise in existing NYPD ICAD systems.
• Proven integration experience between CAD and a Call Handling System.
• Previous integration and testing experience on large-scale systems.
• Ability to implement Call Handling Systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PSAC environments for NG911 implementation.
