Description

You will develop custom programs and maintain the stability of the CAD product ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Develop custom programs based on business requirements and maintain the CAD product ecosystem across Development, Testing, Training, and Production environments.
  • Lead in-flight projects and enhancements for the CAD ecosystem, including OrderBuilder, Framebuilding, SAGE, and Dispatcher Translations.
  • Coordinate with CAD Product Owners and End Users to triage and resolve issues reported by R&D engineers.
  • Lead the CAD IT Product Team to execute product enhancements using an Agile framework while enforcing DevSecOps and Source Control best practices.
  • Coordinate with Group R&D on establishing a OnePDP ecosystem, including data migration ETL and integration development for Product Information Flow.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in multi-CAD engineering environments, specifically building 2D and 3D models in NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and/or Creo.
  • 3-5 years of experience customizing CAD tools to automate model generation or calculate design context using programming.
  • Strong proficiency in C++ and Python.
  • Expertise in .NET Framework, requiring C# competency.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps and Agile methodologies, including CI/CD pipeline concepts and writing agile user stories.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering and IT stakeholders.
  • Experience with source control systems and IT Security practices like CyberArk.
