Description

Optimize specialty scheduling templates and Hyperspace decision trees to improve patient access and appointment throughput.

Responsibilities

• Optimize specialty templates and Hyperspace scheduling decision trees to increase appointment capacity.
• Implement and support online scheduling tools to drive patient self-service adoption.
• Assess the value and plan the implementation of follow-up order ticket scheduling across specialties and primary care.
• Evaluate features such as Recalls, Appointment Request Workqueues, On My Way, and On Demand virtual visits.
• Collaborate with technical experts and operational stakeholders to recommend scheduling optimizations within Epic.

Required Skills

• Cadence certified analyst with 5-7 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with Direct Scheduling, Open Scheduling, and Ticket Scheduling.
• Proven expertise in template design, configuration, and maintenance.
• Experience configuring Decision Trees.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and operational teams.
• Any Graduate degree.
