Description

You will perform CAE analysis to support vehicle development and system modeling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CAE analysis for vehicle Body-in-white, component strength, and durability.
• Analyze noise and vibration transfer across total vehicles, systems, or components.
• Develop vehicle systems models for automotive power units and chassis systems, including engines, motors, transmissions, batteries, suspension, brakes, steering, and body-in-white.
• Utilize 1D and 3D CAE software for FEA and MBD applications.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of industry experience as a CAE analyst using specific solver software.
• Proficiency with Catia, ANSA, Hyperworks, and Hypermesh.
• Experience with Abaqus, Optistruct, and NASTRAN.
• Ability to use Python for scripting and computer language tasks.
• Experience with Matlab and Simulink.
• Background in FEA and MBD workflows.
• BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
