Description

Build custom integrations between Calabrio WFM and client business applications within the financial sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom integrations to connect Calabrio solutions with client business processes and third-party applications like AWS Connect or Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with clients to scope requirements and work with project teams to develop, test, and implement solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within existing integrations.
• Document business requirements and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with enterprise-class custom integration environments.
• Hands-on experience with Calabrio WFM software.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience developing with REST APIs and JSON data.
• Ability to access and work with SQL data on web-based platforms.
• Experience integrating WFM solutions with comparable platforms such as Oracle, BlueYonder, or Alvaria.
• Knowledge of Workforce Management (WFM) best practices.
• Experience with GitHub, Jira, DevOps, and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in the Finance domain and AWS cloud.
• Experience in customer-facing project work.
