Description
You will use computational methods and software to analyze and evaluate the performance, stability, and safety of systems through simulation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct simulations to analyze product behavior under varying conditions and parameters.
- Assess load capacity, stability, and material resilience based on simulation results.
- Identify design improvements by analyzing simulation data and suggesting modifications.
- Generate detailed reports, technical justifications, and calculations based on simulation outcomes.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate simulation results into the design process.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in calculation or simulation engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and SQL.
- Experience implementing analytics in risk or calculation engines to generate valuation, return, and 1st order risk measures.
- Strong knowledge of Linear Algebra, statistics, and time series analysis.
- Deep understanding of equity and fixed income products, exchange traded derivatives, portfolio analysis, fund accounting, and NAV calculation.
- Ability to ensure calculations and analyses adhere to relevant industry standards and codes.
- Any Graduate degree.
