Description

Manage the implementation, configuration, and administration of the Calero TEM system to optimize telecom expense management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure the Calero TEM system for accurate expense tracking.
• Monitor and analyze telecommunications expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Track and report on telecom assets, invoices, and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize telecom services and streamline processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Calero TEM software and related expense management tools.
• Experience in Telecom Service Management and Telecom Network Inventory.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• 4-6 years of experience in telecom expense management or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder liaison.
