Description

Lead calibration development and verification for Torque Control, Power-moding, and LV/HV charging within the Powertrain area. You will own the release pipeline for calibration maturity across all program milestones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and verify calibrations for Torque Control, Power-moding, and LV/HV charging functional areas.
• Perform vehicle testing to ensure calibration maturity across all program milestones.
• Collaborate with suppliers, Engineering Support, Program Management, and Manufacturing teams to support vehicle program launches.
• Work with the STELLANTIS COC to resolve integration challenges and implement calibration best practices.
• Utilize Dyno testing and HIL platforms to validate system performance.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Experience with ETAS/INCA, MATLAB, and Simulink.
• Proficiency with Vector tools and CAN-based communication.
• Knowledge of Model Based Development.
• Experience using dSPACE and HIL setups for system-level validation.
• Ability to manage Program Management workflows and cross-functional coordination.

Preferred Skills

• 8-10 years of Automotive experience, including 3+ years in the Powertrain domain.
• Specialized experience in Torque Control Management and Powertrain Systems Engineering.
