Description

Lead powertrain calibration development and verification with a focus on Torque Control, ensuring calibration maturity through vehicle testing and cross-functional collaboration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and verify calibrations for Power-moding and LV/HV charging functional areas.
• Perform vehicle testing to achieve calibration maturity at specific program milestones.
• Analyze and resolve field and plant issues related to powertrain systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams including systems, wiring, validation, and manufacturing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Powertrain Systems Engineering experience, specifically in Torque Control Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Proficiency with ETAS/INCA, MATLAB, Simulink, and Vector tools.
• Experience with Model Based Development for automotive software.
• Hands-on experience with dSPACE HIL test benches for system-level feature validation.
• Strong knowledge of CAN-based communication and tools.
• Experience interfacing with Dyno testing and HIL platforms.
