Description

Support manufactured test equipment through precision testing, calibration, and repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform adjustments, calibrations, and basic repairs on electronic instrument products.
• Assemble and disassemble electronic equipment to maintain functionality and accuracy.
• Solve technical problems of limited scope while adhering to established production processes.
• Maintain high workmanship standards, including ESD compliance and connector care.
• Communicate technical updates and issues to internal and external customers.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in the calibration and repair of electronic test equipment.
• Demonstrated electronic and mechanical competence.
• Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office.
• Ability to work with clearly defined objectives and meet team production goals.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Education via a degree, specialized training, certification, or military experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated calibration software platforms such as STE, PC Based, METCAL, or TME.
• PMEL experience.
