Description

You will develop, customize, and upgrade the Calypso platform to meet business requirements. You own the full lifecycle of application enhancements, from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support Calypso application enhancements and bug fixes.
• Implement Calypso customizations, extensions, and platform upgrades.
• Translate technical designs into workable solutions and interfaces for MSIM systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to define requirements and integration mechanisms.
• Execute unit, integration, regression, performance, and functional testing using automated frameworks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years focused on Calypso development.
• Hands-on experience with Calypso version upgrades, installation, and deployment.
• Strong proficiency in Java and J2EE.
• Experience with XML-based programming, XSL, and JMS.
• Deep knowledge of SQL, including T-SQL, PL/SQL, and stored procedure creation.
• Experience with database design and management.
• Proficiency in Unix environments, shell scripting, and Perl.
• Experience developing APIs and trade/exchange workflows, specifically OTC trade modules.
• Ability to work with Spring and Hibernate frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with DevOps tools including Jenkins, Sonar, and Jira.
• Experience with Source Code Management solutions.
