Description

Provide L2/L3 support and application maintenance for the Calypso Banking Framework.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex production issues, system bottlenecks, and data discrepancies within the Calypso platform.
• Analyze application logs, thread dumps, and database queries to troubleshoot failures and ensure adherence to strict SLAs.
• Own critical incident response and manage infrastructure automation using Ansible and Terraform.
• Implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Calypso deployments using Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Collaborate with business analysts, clearing houses, and trading desks to resolve functional and technical queries.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of solid technical experience working with the Calypso Banking Framework.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure automation skills using Ansible and Terraform.
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities for production support environments.
• Ability to interact effectively with global stakeholders and trading desks.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience optimizing Calypso components and streamlining environment provisioning.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-stakes production support setting.
