Description

You will lead QA efforts for Calypso initiatives, managing a team of 10+ members in a multi-vendor, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement analysis, test strategy development, and the end-to-end testing approach for the Calypso platform.
• Manage onsite and offshore QA teams, overseeing task prioritization, performance monitoring, and defect triage.
• Drive test automation hand-off practices by supporting test case development designed for automation.
• Collaborate with development and automation teams to optimize regression suites and evaluate new tools for Calypso API and functional testing.
• Execute smoke, system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing while delivering requirement traceability matrices and test acceptance reports.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of software QA experience in large, regulated financial services or banking environments.
• Minimum 6 years of experience leading QA staff.
• Minimum 5 years of Calypso test planning and execution experience.
• Deep expertise in Calypso domains including Pricing, Accounting, ERS, Workflows, Reporting, and Task Station.
• Strong knowledge of Financial domain and Capital Markets, specifically Front Office and Back Office operations.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience with test automation and framework tools such as UFT, Selenium, or RPA.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
