Description

Lead a QA team to deliver testing solutions for the Calypso platform in a regulated financial services environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts for Calypso initiatives using scaled Agile best practices.
• Develop test strategies, plans, and approaches for smoke, system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Manage onsite and offshore QA teams, including task prioritization, performance monitoring, and coaching.
• Drive test automation hand-off practices and collaborate with automation teams to optimize regression suites.
• Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, and communication of risks to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of software QA experience in agile development within large, regulated financial services or banking environments.
• Minimum 6 years of experience leading QA staff.
• Minimum 5 years of Calypso test planning and execution experience with deep domain expertise.
• Proficiency with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as UFT, Selenium, or RPA.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, ALM, Jira, Confluence, and Calypso.
• Ability to debug automation code and evaluate new testing tools.
• Working knowledge of Capital Markets and Front/Back Office operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing large, distributed QA teams.
• Deep understanding of regulated financial services compliance.
