Lead camera and depth characterization and design validation for consumer electronic products.

Responsibilities

• Lead camera and depth characterization and design validation processes.
• Execute system and functional level validation for camera hardware use cases.
• Develop and manage test setups specific to camera validation.
• Analyze image quality using established evaluation methodologies and optical metrology.
• Perform embedded testing using both automation scripting and manual methods.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in camera or depth validation.
• Expertise in Python, including libraries such as pandas, numpy, and opencv.
• Proficiency in MATLAB and shell or batch scripting.
• Deep knowledge of image sensors and camera modules.
• Working knowledge of Android CE devices and adb commands.
• Strong understanding of core embedded system concepts including MCU, SoC, and Memory.
• Ability to work across both macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• PhD in Optics or a related field.
• In-depth understanding of contemporary camera and depth signal processing pipelines.
