Description

You will design, configure, and maintain customer journeys as part of marketing automation programs, managing orchestration and message delivery for global clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure customer journeys, including audience segmentation and data interrogation.
• Develop HTML email, SMS, and mobile push code that adheres to brand guidelines and creative designs.
• Script dynamic content, personalization, and segmentation variables while performing quality checks.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within Braze or related marketing automation platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage complex marketing campaign data environments and improve processes.
• Mentor junior developers and offshore teams on technical requirements and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in marketing automation or campaign analysis.
• Proficiency in developing HTML content for email, SMS, and mobile push.
• Hands-on experience with Braze, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Mailchimp, or SFMC.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX, template designs, and front-end development.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage HTML assets within ESP platforms.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for solving technical problems.
• Excellent communication skills for partnering with clients and business groups.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of major ESPs, Litmus, and anti-spam technologies.
• Certification in digital or email marketing.
