Description

You will build, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns using Iterable and Oracle Eloqua.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure marketing automation workflows, segments, and journeys across email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Set up campaign triggers, audience segmentation, content personalization, and dynamic messaging.
• Perform thorough testing of workflows, triggers, and content rendering to ensure quality and resolve deliverability issues.
• Monitor live campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
• Maintain technical documentation of campaign setups, workflows, and testing protocols.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in marketing automation and campaign development.
• Hands-on expertise with Iterable and Oracle Eloqua.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email development.
• Experience using JavaScript for campaign automation workflows.
• Proven ability to build and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push).
• Strong troubleshooting skills for campaign rendering and functionality issues.
• Experience analyzing performance data to drive campaign improvements.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing and IT stakeholders.
