Description

You will manage end-to-end campus recruitment and high-volume hiring cycles for BPO roles in Navi Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to onboard high volumes of candidates under tight deadlines.
• Source talent via job boards, social media, referrals, and campus recruitment events.
• Conduct screening interviews, assessments, and evaluations to identify top talent.
• Coordinate bulk interview sessions and facilitate the process for hiring managers.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in bulk hiring, specifically within the BPO industry.
• Proven experience with the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Familiarity with campus hiring procedures and coordinating events at educational institutions.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time for recruitment activities.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
