Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Camunda Architect with strong knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow automation. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Camunda 7 & 8, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. The role involves designing scalable workflow solutions and working with technical and business teams to improve process automation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Design and develop workflow solutions using Camunda BPM

* Create and manage BPMN workflows and process automation

* Lead architecture and technical design discussions

* Deploy, support, and troubleshoot workflow applications in production

* Work with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams while guiding junior developers

 Key Skills Required:

*  15+ years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow automation

*  Strong hands-on experience with Camunda 7 & 8, including setup, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting

*  Strong development skills in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture

*  Good knowledge of BPMN 2.0, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodology, and scalable enterprise workflow solutions

*  Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Oracle/MySQL databases, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

* Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker

* Experience integrating Camunda with enterprise applications and APIs

* Exposure to event-driven architecture and Kafka is a plus
