Description

Design and lead scalable workflow solutions using Camunda BPM.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex workflow solutions using Camunda 7 and Camunda 8.
• Create, manage, and optimize BPMN 2.0 workflows for process automation.
• Lead architecture and technical design discussions for enterprise-scale applications.
• Deploy, support, and troubleshoot workflow applications in production environments.
• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to guide junior developers.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow automation.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Camunda 7 & 8, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of BPMN 2.0 standards and enterprise workflow patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and relational databases (Oracle/MySQL).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Exposure to event-driven architecture and Kafka.
