Description

You will define architecture and technology standards, design high-level solutions, and lead the development and deployment of scalable enterprise-grade workflow automation using Camunda.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture and technology standards for process automation.
• Design and develop complex Camunda workflows and enterprise-grade solutions.
• Lead high-level solution design and deployment of processes to production.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver robust process automation.
• Troubleshoot environment issues and ensure system reliability.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM).
• Strong hands-on experience with Camunda 7 & 8, including environment setup.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of BPMN standards.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
• Front-end exposure to HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Database experience with Oracle or MySQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing scalable, enterprise-grade workflow solutions.
