Description

Design, deploy, and manage Camunda 8 self-managed environments on Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and reliability for business-critical workflow platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Zeebe broker clusters, including partitioning, replication, and multi-tenant deployments.
• Implement high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and failover strategies.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm Charts) and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Monitor system health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/OpenSearch; perform capacity planning.
• Troubleshoot Camunda, Kubernetes, and workflow execution issues while ensuring platform security through IAM, TLS, and secrets management.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Camunda BPM, workflow automation, and cloud-native platform operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Camunda 8 and Zeebe brokers.
• Proven expertise with Kubernetes (EKS preferred) and multi-tenant BPM platform deployments.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Helm).
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenSearch.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
