Description

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of big data and analytics projects across multiple teams. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable data architectures and pipelines.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery through testing, validation, and performance tuning.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years managing Big Data or data engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of data architectures, ETL processes, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud-based data services such as Azure Data Factory or AWS Glue.
