Description
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles within the Canadian market in a 100% remote capacity.
Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through various job portals using Boolean searching.
- Operate the Jobdiva Applicant Tracking System to manage candidate pipelines.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical skills, qualifications, and personality.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between hiring managers and candidates.
- Perform market research to analyze competitor hiring climates and recruitment metrics.
- Maintain long-term relationships with passive candidates.
Required Skills
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Canadian recruitment.
- Proven experience interviewing and assessing technical candidates.
- Proficiency in screening, recruiting, and Boolean searching.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to use company software and databases to reach potential hires.
- Ability to speak knowledgeably about technical requirements to candidates.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Must have a laptop/desktop and broadband internet (no mobile hotspots) for remote work.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using Jobdiva ATS.
- Experience developing and executing recruitment marketing and branding strategies.
- Firm understanding of implementing recruiting metrics to drive decision-making.
