Description

You will manage the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle and support recruitment operations in Manila.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the onboarding process for all new joiners to ensure a smooth transition.
• Maintain and update central tracking spreadsheets for new starters.
• Monitor candidate background checks and resolve contracting issues.
• Act as an escalation point for recruiters regarding HR operations, screening, and equipment.
• Deliver induction training and communicate process changes to the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven background in HR Operations or recruitment coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, specifically using Pivot Tables.
• Experience working within an RPO environment.
• Ability to conduct new hire training.
• Experience in stakeholder management and influencing key business partners.
• Demonstrated analytical skills for problem-solving and process improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage high-volume intakes and adapt strategies during operational shifts.
