Description
You will support corporate recruiters in a high-volume environment by managing end-to-end candidate coordination and administrative workflows.
Responsibilities
- Manage interview scheduling, calendar blocking, and hiring drives for assigned business units.
- Maintain applicant tracking system data integrity through regular audits and HRIS corrections.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and act as the primary contact for third-party vendors.
- Execute the new hire process, including offer letter generation, delivery, and follow-up.
- Handle recruiting-related documentation, including applications and background check authorizations, in line with retention policies.
Required Skills
- 0.6 to 2 years of experience in recruitment support or coordination.
- Experience managing interview MIS and reporting.
- Proficiency in maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of pre-employment background check processes.
- Ability to manage internal and external job postings.
- Competency in handling high-volume administrative recruiting tasks.
- Any Graduation degree.
