Description

Lead Operational Excellence initiatives for EMEA distribution centers. Own the project portfolio, resource management, and execution of best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OpEx initiatives and build the project portfolio to meet safety, quality, and cost targets.
• Act as the primary Point of Contact for OpEx activities, collaborating with distribution center leadership and ISCO Excellence PMO.
• Manage resources and belt resources to ensure project execution aligns with the master plan and expected impact.
• Define governance, project charters, and execution plans with appropriate risk management.
• Collect and analyze project data to provide status updates and standardized reports on savings and progress.

Required Skills

• Lean Six Sigma Belt certification (Black Belt preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain operations or implementing improvement initiatives.
• Strong background in project management with a track record of impactful results.
• Experience in deploying holistic production systems and knowledge transfer.
• Ability to lead teams without authority and partner with leadership to refine goals.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for OpEx projects.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management certification.
• Industrial engineering, supply chain, or business administration degree.
