You will act as a Business Analyst within the capital markets domain, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements specific to capital markets workflows.
• Translate complex financial processes into clear technical specifications for development teams.
• Support end-to-end project delivery within the financial services sector.
• Facilitate communication between business units and engineering to ensure alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Capital Market BA.
• Deep understanding of capital markets processes and instruments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• Ability to work onsite in NY from day one.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proven track record in financial services project delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agile methodologies in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with capital markets trading systems or risk platforms.
