You will own the business analysis for credit, debit, and prepaid card products, bridging product, technology, operations, and compliance.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with card processors (FIS, Fiserv, TSYS, Marqeta) and network stakeholders to define requirements for tokenization, digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and authorization flows.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT planning while triaging defects and supporting production releases.
Develop UAT strategies, test scenarios, and cases to validate fraud monitoring, chargebacks, disputes, and rewards logic.
Analyze transaction data and metrics to support decision-making, dashboard creation, and regulatory reporting.
Manage requirements elicitation, documentation, and cross-functional communication using Agile methodologies.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in the cards and payments domain, including ISO 8583 standards, interchange fees, and network rules.
Strong business analysis skills with expertise in requirements elicitation and Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
Knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, and Amex mandates, including authorization, clearing, settlement, and fraud lifecycles.
Experience working with APIs, message flows, and data mappings in a payment ecosystem.
Proficiency in SQL or data analysis to support reporting and trend analysis.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong documentation and communication skills.
