Description

You manage and resolve marketplace issues, primarily focusing on Amazon Seller Central. You own the lifecycle of case submissions, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of listing, inventory, and fulfillment discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage cases on Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces regarding product listings, inventory, and order fulfillment.
• Document case submissions with accurate details and required attachments to support troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot issues affecting product listings, inventory data, and seller performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Escalate high-priority issues to appropriate stakeholders and communicate with marketplace support teams to expedite resolutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in marketplace operations or seller support.
• Proven ability to manage case submissions on Amazon Seller Central.
• Analytical skills for troubleshooting inventory and listing discrepancies.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work US business hours.
• Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
