You manage exposure data and loss analysis to support catastrophe modelling workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cleanse exposure data, including COPE information and secondary modifiers.
• Apply financial policy terms to models for specific covered perils.
• Generate import files for the AIR Touchstone modelling platform and validate data against AIR guidelines.
• Perform geo-coding of exposure data using Risk Link.
• Execute scripts for different perils and conduct loss analysis to share results with clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in catastrophe modelling or related data analysis.
• Proficiency in MS-Excel for handling complex and large datasets.
• Experience with SQL for data manipulation.
• Working knowledge of MS-Office Word and Access.
• Understanding of insurance terminologies and exposure data preparation.
• Ability to validate exposure data against specific model guidelines.

Preferred Skills

• Direct knowledge of Insurance and Catastrophe Modelling principles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, MS-Excel, and MS-Access.
