Description

You will lead sourcing and procurement activities for the IT category, including hardware, software, IT services, and cloud computing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities and develop strategies for IT hardware, software, and cloud solutions to optimize cost, quality, and risk.
• Manage the full supplier lifecycle, including selection, onboarding, performance monitoring via KPIs/SLAs, and compliance.
• Negotiate complex vendor contracts to secure favorable terms and reduce organizational liabilities.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations to align procurement decisions with technical and business requirements.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities through volume consolidation and strategic sourcing while managing IT procurement budgets.
• Mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical factors and cybersecurity concerns, through regular supplier assessments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in procurement or category management.
• Proven ability to manage complex contract negotiations with IT vendors.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement, or Coupa.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Expertise in analyzing market trends, benchmarks, and IT industry innovations.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new procurement policies and procedures.
• Advanced reporting, planning, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, IT Management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications such as CPSM or CIPS.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
