Description

Lead sourcing and procurement for IT categories including hardware, software, and cloud solutions.

You will own the IT procurement lifecycle, from strategy and supplier selection to contract negotiation and performance monitoring. Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations to align procurement with business requirements. Mitigate supply chain risks and drive cost reduction through strategic sourcing and volume consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT hardware, software, and cloud services.
• Manage the full supplier lifecycle, including onboarding, KPI/SLA monitoring, and compliance.
• Negotiate complex vendor contracts to secure favorable terms and reduce organizational liabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement decisions with technical and business needs.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities through volume consolidation and market analysis.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in procurement or category management.
• Proven ability to manage complex contract negotiations with IT vendors.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement, or Coupa.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Expertise in analyzing market trends, benchmarks, and IT industry innovations.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new procurement policies.
• Advanced reporting, planning, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications such as CPSM or CIPS.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
