Description

Lead growth and P&L ownership for the Bangalore market. You will manage end-to-end business development, patient acquisition, and city-level operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across online and offline channels in Bangalore.
• Build and optimize patient acquisition and referral funnels.
• Lead business development, manage the BD team, and secure partnerships with hospitals and diagnostics.
• Own city revenue, margins, and overall P&L performance.
• Improve patient journey and experience across all touchpoints.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in growth, business development, operations, or category management.
• Proven track record in P&L management and revenue growth.
• Experience operating in high-ambiguity, high-ownership startup environments.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in data-driven decision making.
• Ability to lead teams and drive execution independently.
• Deep understanding of customer obsession and patient-centric service models.

Preferred Skills

• Alumni of IIT, NIT, IIM, MDI, XLRI, SP Jain, or SRCC.
