Description

Manage complex vendor relationships and drive procurement strategy across corporate service categories.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and manage MSAs, SOWs, and licensing agreements for corporate service categories.
• Lead RFPs and vendor negotiations covering Marketing, HR, Finance, Legal, Communications, and software/advisory partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, budgets, and business requirements.
• Partner with internal Legal, Cybersecurity, and Compliance for vendor onboarding and contract execution.
• Drive procurement process improvements to ensure efficiency, compliance, and spend visibility.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of procurement or vendor management experience.
• Experience sourcing capital equipment.
• Proven success leading vendor and contract negotiations.
• Ability to lead end-to-end RFPs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across internal teams and vendors.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Software, Marketing, HR, Legal, or Finance procurement categories.
• Knowledge of Vendor Relations and Purchasing practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a fast-paced, lean team environment.
• Bachelor's degree.
